I’d say they’re best in the vicinity of Hannover. Very helpful and professional team with fair prices and friendly staff. They’re able to schedule appointment even on short notice and will take proper care of your furry friend. Highly recommend them!

It feels a bit pricey coming here. but that's the only negative thing I can say. Everyone here extrudes competence and kindness and is ready to help. The Docs take their time to answer your questions, even if you stretch a short appointment to double the time with them. :) Most importantly, I feel my cats are in good hands here. And that's something I'm willing to pay for.

A very competent practice! The staff is incredibly friendly and empathetic. This is especially important when a pet dies. You can actually reach the practice by phone and email. That's perfect! We took our rabbit there after our previous veterinary practice unfortunately made a mistake. After that, we also took our second rabbit there. I specifically emphasized the empathy because that's exactly what we experienced. Sadly, one of our rabbits eventually had to be euthanized. That's when we realized how compassionate everyone there is. Thank you for that. Now our dog and cat are also cared for there. We are very satisfied and our animals are in good hands.

I've been taking my dog ​​to Dr. Kösters' practice for years and am absolutely satisfied. Dr. Kösters is always up-to-date with the latest medical advancements – you can tell she's constantly learning and treating patients according to the most current standards. Her consultations are always very competent. But most importantly: my dog ​​loves her! We feel we're in excellent hands there and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice to everyone.
