⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended – thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We brought our dog Bandit to the Sarstedt Veterinary Clinic for the first time as an emergency patient and were warmly welcomed and cared for from the very first moment. The entire team is exceptionally empathetic, friendly, understanding, and truly dedicated to animals. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. We would especially like to thank Dr. Harder, who treated Bandit with incredible patience, respect, and great expertise. She took time not only for him but also for us, calmly explaining everything and providing us with very sensitive support during this difficult time. We are deeply grateful that Dr. Harder treated Bandit and thus gave us three more wonderful days with him. We are equally grateful for the dignified and respectful care he received during his final journey. We felt safe and well cared for at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend the Sarstedt Veterinary Clinic.

We went there at night with our 14-year-old cat, who unfortunately wasn't feeling well at all – fever, infection, pain, etc. Almost immediately after our arrival, the staff and the vet checked her carrier while we were still in the waiting area. The treatment and examination were very thorough. Everything was explained clearly and calmly. The vet was very empathetic and treated her with encouraging words and actions; it was really sweet. Thank you so much! ☺️ I highly recommend this clinic.

Our cat was in critical condition – we brought her to the clinic almost on her deathbed. The entire team was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. I am so grateful to every single member of staff for saving my little cat's life. She's like a little furry child to me, and I was so worried and anxious. Thanks to these wonderful veterinarians and the entire team, our cat recovered from severe poisoning in just two days. She received the right treatment and was lovingly cared for. I wish you all good health and all the best. You do amazing work, show true compassion, and give hope. Thank you so, so much for saving my cat's life – and giving me back a piece of happiness. ❤️🐾

A truly fantastic clinic! I went there on the recommendation of a friend with my young cat, who has neurological issues. I got an appointment the same day. The entire clinic, right from the parking lot, gives a trustworthy and modern impression. From reception onwards, the whole team was simply wonderful. The waiting area offers refreshments for both people and animals, should there be any waiting time. I saw Ms. Georgiadou, who was incredibly supportive. She listened very attentively, was incredibly kind to my cat, and examined her with great care and compassion. She answered all my questions and explained all the possible outcomes and diagnoses, so I always knew what the plan was for my cat and why each procedure was being performed. :) The entire team is remarkably friendly, empathetic, and very caring towards both people and animals. Thank you again for that! :) I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere. No one was rushed or rude; instead, you enter a place filled with friendliness and helpfulness, which made my cat feel relaxed and gave me the sense that everyone genuinely wanted to help us. I also really appreciated that most of the lab tests were done on-site, so we quickly got the results and could proceed immediately. It was a very thoughtful gesture on Ms. Georgiadou's part to ask other veterinarians present at the clinic for a second opinion, just to make sure nothing was overlooked – that gave me even more confidence in her. So, a clear recommendation for a fantastic clinic and a truly wonderful veterinarian ☺️🌻 My only suggestion for improvement would be to keep you informed about the approximate costs of upcoming tests during more extensive or numerous treatments, so you can plan accordingly.
