A truly fantastic clinic! I went there on the recommendation of a friend with my young cat, who has neurological issues. I got an appointment the same day. The entire clinic, right from the parking lot, gives a trustworthy and modern impression. From reception onwards, the whole team was simply wonderful. The waiting area offers refreshments for both people and animals, should there be any waiting time. I saw Ms. Georgiadou, who was incredibly supportive. She listened very attentively, was incredibly kind to my cat, and examined her with great care and compassion. She answered all my questions and explained all the possible outcomes and diagnoses, so I always knew what the plan was for my cat and why each procedure was being performed. :) The entire team is remarkably friendly, empathetic, and very caring towards both people and animals. Thank you again for that! :) I especially appreciated the overall atmosphere. No one was rushed or rude; instead, you enter a place filled with friendliness and helpfulness, which made my cat feel relaxed and gave me the sense that everyone genuinely wanted to help us. I also really appreciated that most of the lab tests were done on-site, so we quickly got the results and could proceed immediately. It was a very thoughtful gesture on Ms. Georgiadou's part to ask other veterinarians present at the clinic for a second opinion, just to make sure nothing was overlooked – that gave me even more confidence in her. So, a clear recommendation for a fantastic clinic and a truly wonderful veterinarian ☺️🌻 My only suggestion for improvement would be to keep you informed about the approximate costs of upcoming tests during more extensive or numerous treatments, so you can plan accordingly.

Anyone with a sick pet should definitely go there. Of course, they can't perform miracles, but they love animals, and you can tell immediately when they interact with them. They try everything they can. Thank you for saving my Gismo! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at this veterinary clinic. Our 12.5-year-old dog, Lussie, required surgery due to pyometra (uterine infection) and a mammary tumor. From the initial examination and comprehensive consultation to the surgery and aftercare, we felt we were in excellent hands at all times. We were particularly impressed by the professional expertise, the rapid response to the acute situation, and the loving care our dog received. The entire team was consistently friendly and empathetic, and they took the time to answer all our questions clearly and understandably. This allowed us to navigate this difficult situation with significantly more confidence and security. The surgery was successful, and our dog has recovered very well thanks to the outstanding care. We are especially grateful to Dr. Parthena Salpigtidou, who performed the complex operation; Lussie was in the best possible hands 🙏⭐️❤️, and to Dr. [Name missing in original text]. Georgios Niozas, who performed the initial examination and diagnosis ⭐️💝. It's clear that the animals' well-being is their top priority and that they work with great passion and dedication.
