Fantastic vet! She's very knowledgeable about cats! Her expertise is also broad! The staff is lovely with the animals, and you can see that everyone here has a lot of empathy for both animals and their owners! Another plus is their close collaboration with the Altheim Veterinary Clinic. Thank you for your help, and we're so glad you're nearby and take such good care of our cats!
Dr. Schnabel and her team are simply a godsend. I was there today with Pupi for dental work, and everything was absolutely perfect. They give their best for both the animals and their owners, who are worried about their furry friends. I'm so glad I found my way there last year with Buffy, who I was expecting the worst from, but he's doing well again, thanks to Dr. Schnabel. You feel very well cared for here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hard work and passion for your profession; please stay just the way you are.
The team treats the animals with compassion and care, which makes even visits with my insecure and anxious dog manageable.
I took my dog to the vet today, and he wasn't feeling well. When asked, I described his condition as best I could, but the lady at the counter seemed uninterested. It was more important to her to have an appointment. Sure, I'd go to the vet at 5 PM for fun. Then came a, well, how should I put it, announcement: "We have a bell..." I pressed it, but it didn't work. Then she'd fix it. All in all, no thanks. I'd rather drive a few kilometers further.
Very empathetic, even in stressful situations. My cat was lovingly guided over the Rainbow Bridge. Warm and caring staff.
