Very efficient and helpful, they examine the patient first and then prioritize, which is good in an emergency. Unfortunately, the outcome wasn't good for our pet, but the euthanasia was carried out with respect, empathy, and humanity towards our Border Collie and us.

A visit to a veterinary clinic is never pleasant. That's why we were so happy to have found such a wonderful team! Our dog isn't exactly easy around strangers or other dogs. Despite this, he was treated with great patience, calm, and understanding. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. We also felt very well cared for at all times. Everyone was friendly, empathetic, and took their time – that makes a huge difference in a situation like this. A big thank you to Ms. Körner, Ms. Beham, and Ms. Asen, as well as the entire team. We wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic!

After a corneal perforation in his last eye (his other eye was removed two years ago), we rushed him to the clinic as an emergency case. There, we were offered the possibility of saving his eye through a complex surgery involving the suturing of a flap onto the eyeball. Dr. Fischer gave us thorough advice and, due to the urgency of his condition, postponed several other surgeries for us. What can I say? This woman is a hero! She completely rehabilitated our cat, and at every follow-up appointment, it was clear how much she cares for all animals. Today was our final check-up, and Leo even received a Christmas present. She and her entire team gave us the greatest gift by providing the best possible care for our beloved cat. I will never go anywhere else!
