Dr. med. vet. Markus Rheinwald, Tierärztliche Praxis für Kleintiere

After so many years, it's time for a review. He's simply our trusted doctor, and even when he's at a loss, he refers you to someone else, something no one else has done before. The assistants are always so wonderful, too. We've been through it all: vaccinations, surgeries, abscesses, saying goodbye to beloved companions, starting new ones. Dr. Markus Rheinwald (and occasionally his father, Dr. Michael Rheinwald, in the past) has always been there with his knowledge and help. Thank you! Perhaps a little information for all patients who haven't been there before, as we were a bit confused at first. There isn't a "reception" in the traditional sense. After making an appointment and arriving for the first time, simply press the doorbell marked "Practice," and the door will open during opening hours. The waiting area is around the corner to the left until it's your turn. If it's just for pick-ups or medication, knock on the inside right window and wait; it might take a little while. A general request to everyone: please arrive with plenty of time. Es geht um unsere Lieblinge, deshalb wird im Sprechzimmer auf alles eingegangen womit wir uns Sorgen, auch Unvorhergesehenes. Das kostet mehr Zeit, ein kleiner Rückstau ist ganz normal. ;-) ist doch ein gutes Merkmal, sie nehmen sich die Zeit für unsere Kleinen. Wir kommen dafür aber immer dran auch bei eingequetschten Terminen und darum geht es doch, dass geholfen wird.

I've been taking both my cats to him for 3.5 years and I'm extremely satisfied. He's very competent, always up-to-date, and very thorough and careful with diagnoses and examinations. I've learned so much from him myself; he explains everything. He's always available to help and advise, even on Sundays, and the animal's well-being is ALWAYS his top priority! In my opinion, he's the best vet in Passau!

It works for him; he's honest about what's what, you can talk openly and frankly about everything, and he seems to have a good grasp of how to assess things.

I really must thank Dr. Reinwald's team and the junior veterinarian. They treated my cat Leo with great expertise and made the correct diagnosis. Without Dr. Reinwald, I probably wouldn't have a healthy cat! Unfortunately, I live almost 300 kilometers away from these wonderful vets, but every kilometer is worth it to have your pet treated there. I can highly recommend them! Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
