Dr. med. vet. Markus Rheinwald, Tierärztliche Praxis für Kleintiere

The experience at this veterinary practice was disappointing. The ultrasound images were inadequately explained. When we announced that we would be visiting a veterinary clinic for further evaluation, Dr. Rheinwald reacted irritably and seemed offended, as if he didn't understand what we expected of him. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the examination room was unpleasant: the vet was loud and slammed doors, causing additional stress for the animal. The practice as a whole appears outdated and lacks modern technology. Overall, the service did not meet expectations. NEVER AGAIN. Unfortunately, zero stars is not an option.

After so many years, it's time for an evaluation. He's simply our trusted doctor, and when he's at his wit's end, he'll refer you to someone else, something no one else has done before. The assistants are always so great, too. We've been through it all: vaccinations, surgeries, abscesses, saying goodbye to loyal companions, starting over with new ones. Dr. Markus Rheinwald (and his father, Dr. Michael Rheinwald, from time to time) was always there with knowledge and help. Thank you! Perhaps a little more information for all patients who have never been there before; we were a bit confused at first. There's no "reception" in the sense that after an appointment has been made and you arrive for the first time: simply press the bell with the word "practice" and the door will open during opening hours. The waiting area is around the corner to the left until it's your turn. If it's just a matter of picking up a patient or needing medication, knock on the window on the inside right and wait; it can sometimes take a while. ``` A general request to everyone: please allow plenty of time to arrive. These are our little darlings, so everything we're concerned about, even the unexpected, is addressed in the consulting room. This takes more time; a small backlog is perfectly normal. ;-) It's a good sign, though; they take the time for our little ones. However, we always get a chance, even when appointments are crammed in, and that's what it's all about: getting help.

I really must thank Dr. Reinwald's team and the junior veterinarian. They treated my cat Leo with great expertise and made the correct diagnosis. Without Dr. Reinwald, I probably wouldn't have a healthy cat! Unfortunately, I live almost 300 kilometers away from these wonderful vets, but every kilometer is worth it to have your pet treated there. I can highly recommend them! Thank you so much! 🙏🏻
