We needed help with an injured animal on a Sunday, but this vet was extremely rude on the phone and refused to help us. He found our request ridiculous and was also very condescending. I have never experienced such a hostile manner on the phone before; I would not recommend them!
Absolutely awful. You call on Saturday evening. The unfriendly old man answers the phone, listens to what's wrong with your pet, and then informs you that he's not in the mood for anything else that day and that there's a vet on practically every corner anyway. His bad reputation is definitely true! A real... I'll refrain from saying more.
Not willing to help
A very kind veterinarian who helped us spay and neuter several young cats at short notice. He was very empathetic when we arrived in the morning, and when we picked them up, he explained exactly what we needed to do and what the next steps would be. We felt well cared for and will gladly return if needed.
