What an unfriendly "doctor." I found an injured pigeon in Passau. Since I'm not familiar with Passau and all the vets were closed, I simply searched for "emergency vets" and found this one. He just said, "Take it to the animal hospital," and hung up. Really unfriendly and arrogant. I wanted to ask what I could do and if he knew which hospital. He's completely in the wrong profession. He doesn't even deserve two stars... 🤬

We needed help with an injured animal on a Sunday, but this vet was extremely rude on the phone and refused to help us. He found our request ridiculous and was also very condescending. I have never experienced such a hostile manner on the phone before; I would not recommend them!

A very kind veterinarian who helped us spay and neuter several young cats at short notice. He was very empathetic when we arrived in the morning, and when we picked them up, he explained exactly what we needed to do and what the next steps would be. We felt well cared for and will gladly return if needed.

I thank this doctor from the bottom of my heart for getting us an appointment so quickly. He was so understanding and empathetic. He was very kind to my cat, truly wonderful!
