Stopped by for an echinococcus appointment with 2 dogs travelling to Finland. Very friendly staff, who spoke excellent English. Appointment was on time and the price was a nice surprise as we were expecting for a vet visit to be more expensive.

No happy ending for Bonny the Beagle after all. I unexpectedly accompanied Bonny's owner to the emergency veterinary clinic at Dr. Kaiser's office late at night. Dr. Kaiser himself arrived at the clinic at 11:30 p.m. and, calmly, empathetically, and visibly moved, diagnosed an advanced splenic tumor during the ultrasound. He clearly explained the low success rate of surgery and the short life expectancy. As difficult as it was, euthanasia was the only way to spare Bonny further suffering. This farewell was painful, but thanks to Dr. Kaiser's competence, compassion, and exceptional sensitivity, it was handled with dignity. My heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Kaiser for his respectful support that night.
