Stopped by for an echinococcus appointment with 2 dogs travelling to Finland. Very friendly staff, who spoke excellent English. Appointment was on time and the price was a nice surprise as we were expecting for a vet visit to be more expensive.

Never before have I been treated so rudely and dismissively by a veterinarian in an emergency. My canary was very ill. The "great" health center advertises on its homepage, "This includes dogs and cats, as well as small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, and others..." There's a picture of a small chick on the far left. So I assumed they also treated birds there. Hopefully, I called the number and was immediately turned away: "We can cut to the chase—we don't treat birds!" I pointed to the website, where it clearly states that they treat birds! So, stay away from this practice!

I traveled all the way from Austria to pick up RodiCare Hairball for my rabbits, as it was only available there and I urgently needed the medication. I bought two boxes, each supposed to contain three injections. However, at home, I discovered that one of the boxes only contained two injections. When I called the clinic, I was transferred to the manager, and instead of showing understanding or offering any kind of assistance, I was, in my opinion, completely and inappropriately reprimanded. I was told in a condescending tone that I should have checked the package "immediately" on the spot, as if every single product at the checkout in a grocery store is opened and counted. To me, this is completely unrealistic and far from normal customer service. No apology. No solution. No attempt at accommodation. Instead, I felt as if it were my fault and that I was imagining the problem. This way of speaking to customers was simply disrespectful and discouraging. After this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic.

Excellent treatment for our cats and always very gentle and friendly. Thank you to a wonderful team!
