I highly recommend this vet practice.I needed worming treatment administered for my dog and the UK Health Certificate signed and stamped. The staff was very polite and helpful and in 30 minutes I was out of the practice. Great service.

We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Krause and her entire team. Our cat Missy had surgery in December for squamous cell carcinoma on her ear by another veterinarian. Unfortunately, she reacted very badly to the anesthesia, lost her balance, and became almost completely deaf. When we came to Dr. Krause, she managed to help Missy regain her balance in a very short time, recover very quickly, and today—apart from the hearing loss—is completely healthy again. After a few weeks, it unfortunately turned out that not enough tissue had been removed during the initial surgery, and the cancer had returned. Luckily, Dr. Krause was able to offer us a modern treatment method: electrochemotherapy. The procedure was short, gentle, and ideal, especially for an older cat like Missy, as the anesthesia is significantly less stressful. Best of all: thanks to this treatment, Missy's ear could be saved. She was fit and lively again shortly after the procedure. We were particularly impressed by Dr. Krause's dedication and passion. You could practically feel how happy she was about the successful treatment. That's exactly how you imagine a veterinarian to be. What also impressed us: Missy has never been so relaxed at any vet. Vet visits used to be incredibly stressful for us. She would hiss, scratch, and be terrified. With Dr. Krause, however, she remained remarkably calm. This speaks volumes about her empathetic approach to the animals and the extensive experience of the entire team. Every movement is precise; they work efficiently, calmly, and with the utmost professionalism. The staff are also exceptionally friendly, understanding, and always ready to listen. The practice is modernly equipped and operates at the highest professional level. Blood tests are performed on-site, so results are often available within minutes. We also particularly appreciate the excellent appointment scheduling: anyone with an appointment is seen promptly. This is a huge advantage, especially when you have a stressed cat in a carrier. The entire practice exudes calm, competence, and professionalism, without neglecting the personal and loving care of the animals. We feel we are in excellent hands there. A special tip for other pet owners: Inquire about the possibility of electrochemotherapy. This innovative cancer treatment is not yet available everywhere and was a real stroke of luck for our Missy. Many thanks to Dr. Krause and her team for allowing Missy to live such a wonderful and fulfilling life again.

I love this clinic and Dr. Krause. We have done multiples checkups for our little dog here and the last time we did the Knee operation for our baby dog. Everything went smooth: before, during and after. The team makes sure that you understand all and don’t worry. They are very helpful with any issues that arises with insurance and are just felt like a safe space to come back to!
