Good
Dr. Sonja is very polite and even spoke English when I couldn't speak German yet. She is very kind with the pets, I have 3 cats and 2 dogs and they all have their vaccines there every year since I moved to Germany. One of my cats and one of my dogs had trouble with food and she recommended new ones and it worked. They always answer e-mails very quickly.
I don't know a better vet. The team is incredibly kind and highly competent. In an emergency, you get help immediately. The waiting room is also spacious enough that the dogs have plenty of room to get out of each other's way. It's fantastic that the examination tables are almost level with the ground. At my previous vet, we had to lift my 64 kg dog onto the table. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. The 4.9-star rating speaks for itself. Keep up the great work! Apollo and Benjamin say thank you.
Extremely kind staff ,and very helpful, we took our street cat who is having Extremely etching and within two visits we see improvements in his health. Highly recommended
She can't even distinguish between mammary lumps and tumors. Sad. A dog shouldn't be euthanized because of mammary lumps, and we don't need replacement dogs from abroad. Disgusting. Bringing dozens of dogs from abroad with leaky guts and bombarding them with antibiotics makes me sick. On top of that, they want to introduce foreign laws on German soil. In Germany, the rule is: !!!Neutering ONLY with a medical indication!!! That means if there's absolutely NO other way: cancer!!! Otherwise, the dog remains unneutered. And not, "The dog howls and marks, so we neuter him," or "The female dog drives all the males crazy, so we spay her so we can have some peace and quiet." Shame on you. And the vet keeps her wallet open.
