Reviews
Fantastic vet! I bring both my cats and both my dogs here. She always takes plenty of time for her patients, and above all, she cares about the animals and not about pleasing the owners or telling them what they want to hear. I feel completely in good hands here – simply top-notch!
I've been a patient of Ms. Juppe for almost three years now and have always been extremely satisfied. She's always very friendly and, most importantly, she really knows her stuff! When my dog is limping, she doesn't just blindly prescribe painkillers and leash restrictions like so many other vets do; instead, she diagnoses the underlying cause and treats it accordingly. I can absolutely recommend Ms. Juppe and her team and have complete confidence in their expertise.
Friday evening, 6:45 p.m. I arrive at the veterinary practice with my cat half an hour after the scheduled appointment. I am greeted warmly. My lateness is no problem at all. Both the veterinarian, Dr. Juppe, and the veterinary assistant are very friendly, take their time with the examination, and know how to handle my pet. It's a veterinary practice with a truly pleasant atmosphere. I feel well cared for, taken seriously, and receive excellent professional advice and treatment. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.
Ms. Juppe has been providing osteopathic care to my dog since she was a puppy and has helped her many times. Thanks to her, we have been able to avoid further medical procedures and examinations, as well as long-term pain medication. Many thanks for that.
Perhaps I was unlucky, perhaps it was human error – but what I can say for sure is that I didn't feel well cared for here as the owner, nor did I feel that my cat was in good hands. I recently moved to the area, so I took my cat to this practice when he had health problems. During the initial examination, I already had the feeling that they weren't putting in much effort, but I trusted them anyway, as it was probably just an unfamiliar environment. About two weeks after the x-rays and blood tests (both of which showed abnormalities), I called to say that my cat wasn't getting any better and had lost almost another half a kilo since the treatment. Without any further examination, they referred me to an ultrasound clinic in Reihen. I made the appointment, but it wouldn't be until the end of June. My cat continued to deteriorate, so I went back to my old vet. The upshot is that he has a very urgent surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning (not even 24 hours after the examination). The diagnosis was made using the existing x-rays and some other minor tests. I was naturally horrified by the result and how threatening the situation is. Trust your gut feeling when it comes to your four-legged friends!
