This practice was recommended to us by our mobile vet. We called the practice on Monday at 3:00 PM because our 14-year-old Jack Russell had developed a severely swollen mouth overnight. The practice closes at 4:00 PM, but they were still able to see us, which speaks volumes about how wonderful this practice is. You can really feel the positive energy right from the reception desk; I've truly never experienced anything like it. Both animal and owner immediately feel well cared for. The very complex dental surgery was performed the very next day, and this too was done with such a caring manner by the vet and assistant. Everything was shown and explained to me again, and I was even allowed to be present during the anesthesia, which was very reassuring. During the recovery period, I was kept informed of his condition by phone – it couldn't be better. A large, bright, and wonderful veterinary practice! The waiting area is divided into two rooms, and both are equipped with privacy screens to reduce stress for the animals. The staff here are very empathetic, and Dr. van Staa is also very patient and empathetic, taking the necessary time for each patient. We've been to this veterinary practice many times over the past four months, and after every visit, I always feel confident that our dog is in the best hands.

The veterinarian is incredibly kind, competent, and takes her time with patients. She explains everything clearly, patiently answers every question, and radiates a calm and positive attitude that instantly puts you at ease. You can tell that the animals' well-being is truly her priority. The entire practice team is simply wonderful. All the staff members are very friendly and warm, and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. You feel valued and in excellent hands. Even our cat seemed surprisingly comfortable there – which really speaks to the pleasant atmosphere of the practice. I switched to this practice and feel completely at ease there with my dog. I was always very well informed, and no unnecessary examinations or medications were ever pressured. The pricing is clearly explained. The practice itself is modern, well-equipped, bright, and clean. I also find the separate waiting rooms for dogs and cats and the parking situation very convenient. The vet and staff are very empathetic and love animals. An exceptional team – full of competence and heart! This will remain my practice in the future, even though I live in a different city.

We visited for the first time with our rescue dog, who has anxiety issues. We booked an appointment online, mentioning our dog's problems, and received a call very quickly. We arranged an appointment when there weren't many other people around. There was plenty of parking. The receptionists were incredibly friendly, and the veterinarian was truly lovely. We only needed a check-up and two vaccinations. We'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the whole team!
