There's absolutely nothing to complain about, everyone is super nice. Great team. If you have any questions, they'll be answered! They take their time for the animals. In this case, for my babies.
Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our dog Spock today. Everything, from the explanation to the execution, was handled with great dignity. Dr. Eisenhuth and his assistant both deserve top marks. Even though the loss is incredibly painful, it's truly heartbreaking.
Very nice doctors here who work thoroughly and always have a listening ear. They also have a calming effect on the animals. I can highly recommend them.
