Absolutely competent, always friendly, and always accommodating. My kittens are treated very well, very quickly, and with great care, and I always receive excellent advice. They are happy to take the time to answer any questions. Dr. Tenhaven is a more than worthy successor to Dr. Muschynski, who is still available at the practice on certain weekdays and contributes his extensive expertise. I've been going there for years and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to every pet owner!

Today, my poodle and I had our first appointment with Dr. Tenhaven. The practice is nicely furnished, and the typical fearful animal smell is almost nonexistent. Consequently, everything is much more relaxed. The team is friendly, making an appointment was easy, and the procedures were very well organized, so we only had to wait a short time. My poodle had an injured dewclaw, just like last year. The treatment was quick and exactly the same as last time. It cost just under €50, which I consider a fair price. At my previous vet, I paid the outrageous price of €165 in 2025. This bill was the reason for switching vets, because such billing practices are, in my opinion, beyond what any pet owner can understand or afford financially in the medium term without winning the lottery.
