I've felt well-advised for decades. A conscientious veterinarian with many years of experience treating problems specific to domestic and small animals.

Very kind to all animals, even small ones that other vets might only treat superficially. The prices are what they are, but I think they don't charge exorbitant amounts; they stay within reason. The receptionist is also very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy her work. Even my two new rabbits, in their first year, have been here several times for childhood illnesses, neutering, and vaccinations. They always received prompt and effective care.

I went to Dr. Botjes for the first time with one of my rather anxious cats. A booster vaccination! The previous owners considered vaccinations unnecessary for indoor cats. So, neither of the cats saw a vet after being neutered as puppies. Layla was briefly examined, then distracted and vaccinated. She growled, but that quickly passed. Next week, it's her sister Kira's turn. I'm excited. Everyone was very nice, and everything was explained.
