Appointment scheduling is excellent; so far, we haven't experienced any long waiting times (emergencies excluded, of course). No unnecessary treatments or examinations are recommended, only those that are medically necessary. The entire team – from reception to the veterinary assistants – is incredibly friendly and professional, and takes a lot of stress off the pet owner. It's a practice where you feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!
