Great practice. Appointments are kept punctually, and everything is explained clearly. Even phone inquiries are answered reliably and promptly. Overall, a nice and friendly team for both horse and owner.

We took our pony there for years for chiropractic and acupuncture treatments (unfortunately, my pony passed away). The practice was also our primary care vet for a while (not anymore due to a change of stable). We were always extremely satisfied there, too. They always responded quickly and provided thorough treatment, along with very detailed explanations. I highly recommend the practice. Great team! :)

At the beginning of the year, we spoke with the clinic and were told it wouldn't be a problem to have my mare inseminated there. When I called today, they had no stalls available. That was fine, so I offered to bring my horse in and pick her up. At first, they agreed and said they would contact me right away to schedule an appointment and asked me to fill out the registration form. A few minutes later, I received a call informing me that they didn't have time for that either. And now? I'm left standing there with my mare, not knowing where to go. First, they agreed, even over the phone, and then they canceled. It's simply outrageous! What a shame. Reliability is crucial, especially at this point.

Dr. Große Lembeck and his wife have been helping us with our horses for ages. They are both very competent and always take the necessary time. They never offer generic, one-size-fits-all advice. If problems arise, a solution is found. They also refer patients to clinics. The team is very friendly and highly competent.
