My little anxious dog from Romania has finally found a vet who treats her with great patience and calm. And my owner feels very well cared for, especially with issues that go beyond the standard procedures and aren't discussed in passing. The staff are all incredibly kind and friendly. They respond promptly – even by email – and you don't have to wait on hold for hours or days for a callback. Keep up the great work! Mila 🐕🐾 and her owner 😊

I can only say good things about this practice. The doctors and staff are incredibly friendly, and everyone takes ample time for the animals. We received very competent, thorough, and kind advice in every respect. Here, concerns and anxieties are taken seriously, and you feel well cared for.

I've been with Dr. Erben's team for almost two years with my dog ​​Frieda, and for about a year with our domestic cat Leni! We are more than satisfied. Especially after Frieda was suspected of having a ventricular septal defect, we received extremely close and loving care. You can tell that they don't just sell you every procedure, but rather focus on the animal and its owner. Every question is answered, no matter how silly. The animals are treated with absolute love and kindness. I've NEVER experienced anything like this before, and I'm just so happy that we're so close and that we chose this practice! I'm thrilled! Not just because my friend works there. She's always raved about her boss as a vet. Now I know why 😊 I'm making a bit of a drive (about 45 minutes) for an ultrasound for my dog. Some of his blood values ​​aren't quite right. From the very beginning, everything at this veterinary practice was stress-free. There weren't many animals in the waiting room. My dog ​​gets stressed easily, but in the examination room, he was allowed to look around first. The doctor and his assistant listened to the problem during this time, and then we went for the examination. There was a mattress where the dog could lie down during the ultrasound. It's nice and soft and comfortable ☺️ The doctor took his time, and after the examination, he got treats and was allowed to look around again. The findings and the next steps were discussed in detail. The doctor was also open to other topics, and we talked about those as well. You can always use advice! ... All in all: a wonderful veterinary practice with patient, warm, empathetic people who work calmly and with love for their profession, and who truly care for and look after the animals.
