We were here yesterday for the first time with our cat Raggi for a heart ultrasound. Our cat is difficult to handle and is always given a sedative before the vet visit, as otherwise the transport box alone is a nearly impossible task, and previous vet visits have been canceled. Unfortunately, it has never happened before that he was subsequently examined by the vet without additional sedation. Until yesterday!!! At this practice, with just one assistant and my partner, they truly managed to hold our cat so gently and without too much stress that he could have the ultrasound, completely without sedation. It was such a positive and stress-relieving experience for all of us. Especially for our cat, who, of course, usually suffers from the sedation and tranquilizers for two days and is usually hissed at by our second cat for another week afterward. This time we came home, and everything was immediately fine! Unbelievable! The vet was very nice, took his time with the ultrasound and the explanations, and seemed very competent and calm. The rest of the practice staff was also incredibly friendly. We made our appointment online and didn't have to wait at all. We were seen right on time. This also greatly reduced our stress, as it kept the time spent in the transport box to a minimum. The practice is in a quiet location, feels very modern, and there was parking right outside. Even though the diagnosis wasn't so pleasant, the visit itself was nothing like any other visit we've had before. We would like to thank you so much and from the bottom of our hearts, as we had been very nervous and anxious for days beforehand! We are happy to stay with this practice and hope we can continue to feel so well cared for!

Our little Lucy has already had two operations performed by Dr. Budde. We are very impressed by her professionalism, her advice, her genuine love for animals, and her warmth. We would give her 10 stars if we could.

They helped our dog tremendously twice. The first time was very bad, and they took the time to examine everything thoroughly and did everything they could to help her heal. We are incredibly grateful! Every penny is worth it because they take their time and you can tell they really like animals.

About a year ago, my cat had surgery, and I'm still grateful to this day that she was in such good hands. The surgery was successful, and the entire team provided us with excellent care both before and after the procedure. You can immediately tell that they work with a lot of heart and expertise. My cat recovered quickly – not least thanks to the careful aftercare and the calm, caring nature of the staff. I can truly recommend the practice without reservation and would use it again anytime.
