We can't praise Dr. Werner and her practice in Querfurt enough. We've been taking our dogs to her for about two years now, and before that, we even drove 45 minutes to Naumburg for years because we couldn't find any truly competent veterinarians in the Querfurt area. With Dr. Werner, everything was simply perfect from start to finish. Dr. Werner herself is an extremely competent veterinarian who cares for our beloved pets with great dedication. She always took ample time to answer our questions and consistently made us feel that our furry friends were in the very best hands. Her professional expertise and empathy gave us the kind of confidence you want in a veterinarian. The small team, including Ms. Lax at reception, is incredibly friendly and helpful – whether in person, on the phone, or by email. Short-notice appointments, easy reordering of medications, or quick email inquiries – they make everything possible. The premises are clean, bright, modern, and well-organized, making visits extremely pleasant, even with anxious dogs. During our numerous visits, we never waited longer than five minutes—more often just two or three minutes, which speaks volumes about their incredibly professional time management. Ninety percent of their competitors could learn a thing or two from them! We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Werner and will certainly return to her for many years to come whenever one of our pets needs medical care.
