As exaggerated as it sounds, I have to call Ms. Lorenz a lifesaver. On December 29, 2025, when I was refused entry to either our regular vet or the animal hospital, despite mentioning that my cat hadn't eaten or drunk anything for over two days, had low body temperature, and was constantly vomiting, we were able to go directly to Ms. Lorenz's practice after a phone call, and considering the holiday season for veterinary clinics around the New Year. There, without any fuss, my cat received the necessary examination and initial treatment. Ms. Lorenz asked for a follow-up call the next day. Since there hadn't been any significant improvement in his recovery and it was an hour's drive to her office, she took the time to discuss a plan with me over the phone. Thankfully, it worked, and after a few days of force-feeding, my cat started to improve 🙏. 🙏 ...
