Reviews
We visited this practice for the first time with an injured hedgehog. Although they are not specialists in treating hedgehogs, Dr. Müller treated it professionally and with great care. We can only offer our sincere praise and thanks to the entire team.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your help and the loving care you gave our Manu. Unfortunately, fate took a different turn than it should have. Despite everything, our dog was in very good hands with you. All the best for the future.
A very beautiful and modern practice. Ms. Müller took the necessary time for us, exuded a great deal of calm, and shared in the final moments of our old German Shepherd with us. Despite the very sad moments, we felt we were in good hands at all times.
The constant switching between the two veterinarians was unacceptable to us, as I, the client, decide who treats my pet, but we were strongly advised to find another practice. After misdiagnoses and an expenditure of €800, our dog's health remained unchanged! We switched veterinarians, and the problem was immediately identified, but unfortunately, it was too late, and we had to have our dog euthanized. Conclusion… This practice is not recommended!
Highly recommended, the entire team is not only professionally competent but also incredibly empathetic – both towards the animals and towards us owners.
