Dr Böhme and her assistant are really friendly and very kind and caring. We are touched by their kind supports during an emergency condition with our parrot. Bird specialists are very rare in this area and we are very happy for having them here. The assistant also speaks English very well and she is very kind and friendly.

I found a flightless wild bird on the street and tried to find a way to take it somewhere. Unfortunately, it wasn't easy, and almost impossible between holidays. I left a message on Dr. Böhme's answering machine outside of office hours, and she called back shortly after and took care of it immediately. She was very patient and explained a few things about the female kestrel to me. It's in good hands there, and that's what matters in the end. I'm left with a good feeling.

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews! I received a super quick response to my appointment request and could have come the very next day (it wasn't an emergency). Due to my schedule, I then took my chicken to the practice today (two days after my request) and I'm more than thrilled. The diagnosis was discussed thoroughly and explained very clearly. I was given detailed instructions and a plan on how I can continue treating my hen at home, and I was told I could contact them if I had any further questions. I really have absolutely nothing bad to say about this practice and I'm completely satisfied! The bill wasn't any higher than elsewhere – so I certainly can't say it was overpriced! My hen was treated with great care and patience – which is very important to me. Given the stressful situation for the animal, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. I'm very grateful! 🐓

I have taken my tortoises to the veterinary practice of Dr. J. Böhme several times. The team is friendly and compassionate, so we always felt well cared for in all matters. We were always offered multiple treatment options (costs for our beloved pets can sometimes be considerable). We have opted for inpatient care for our animals twice and knew they were in good hands. We were also contacted by phone at the appropriate time to let them know how our animal was doing, about the further course of treatment, or when our pet was ready to go home. They don't make superficial diagnoses, which is very important with animals because you often can't see anything or they can't tell you what the problem is. Animals are expensive! However, I find the prices perfectly reasonable and have even been pleasantly surprised by some of the bills. I would entrust my animals to this team without hesitation. Thank you.
