A very friendly and empathetic veterinarian. I would gladly use his services again.
Hello Mr. Viertel, I won't be writing "Dear Sir and Dr." You don't deserve that title. Perhaps you've forgotten why you chose your profession in the first place—I thought it was to help every animal. Sunday on-call duty means from midnight to midnight. The first call was at 9:30 a.m., with the message, "3 p.m., rat..." The second, a pleading call, saying we urgently needed help and that our little pet was having trouble breathing and was in pain, with the same response: "It's still 3 p.m." The rat, who, by the way, had a name, namely Svartra, has died. She was part of our family and needed help. I'm forwarding this to the relevant authorities. You should be ashamed to call yourself a veterinarian. Perhaps one day you'll be lying there, struggling to breathe and in pain, with your weeping family helplessly around you, and the ambulance service will say, "We'll be there in six hours." Shame on you; you don't deserve to call yourself a veterinarian. Mail is coming.
A really nice vet who still loves his work. Thanks for the quick help.
We called yesterday (Sunday) because it was the only vet open. Our rat was in a lot of pain and we wanted to have her put down. When the vet heard it was "just" a rat, he practically didn't care and we were put at the very back of the queue. On top of that, he was incredibly rude on the phone. People like that shouldn't call themselves vets if they don't have a heart for every animal. Today she suffocated in our arms. Thanks for that. If I could, I wouldn't give them any stars at all.
A very nice veterinarian who helped out on my on-call day. Thanks again.
