Hello everyone, I've always been very satisfied with Dr. Zipper's veterinary practice. The treatments and the way she handled my pet were always very professional and friendly, so I have absolutely no complaints. On August 4th, 2022, I called them at 2 PM. My dog was an emergency case; he had suffered severe heatstroke and urgently needed to be euthanized. The veterinary assistant wanted to give me an appointment for August 5th, 2022, at 2:30 PM, which I found quite outrageous. I was completely overwhelmed by the situation. I then called the Peschel veterinary practice, and I didn't have to wait a single minute for treatment there. My dog had to be euthanized immediately because, unfortunately, there was no other option. And that was, of course, very sad ❗ I've always recommended Dr. Zipper to everyone, and she does treat animals very well, but if you urgently need this veterinary practice, you're simply out of luck. I'm extremely disappointed by this experience, and I can now recommend Dr. Peschel. Best regards, Stefan Löper

Based on recommendations, we took our two cats to Dr. Zipper for treatment. Since we have a purebred and a half-bred Bengal cat, an experienced veterinarian was important to us. The diagnoses and treatments for the cats were always explained to us in detail. You can tell that the veterinarian and her staff take their time, which also has a calming effect on the animals. The waiting area is large enough that even with many patients, there's always a chance of finding a quiet spot (especially helpful when dogs and cats are in the same room). We can highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone.

I want to thank Ms. Zipper from the bottom of my heart. A few years ago, she helped me when another veterinarian had already said my pet would have to be euthanized. Thanks to Ms. Zipper, I was able to enjoy two more wonderful years with him. Last week, I had to have Tommy put down, and even in this difficult moment, Ms. Zipper was incredibly compassionate. She took her time, listened attentively, and made sure I felt well cared for during those trying hours. Her humanity, patience, and professionalism are simply remarkable. I am eternally grateful to her. Sincerely, Ms. Wasserthal

We went to the emergency veterinary clinic of Dr. Zipper today with our 16-year-old cat and would like to thank her again for the empathetic, professional and thorough care we received even as an emergency patient.
