My cat was treated at the emergency vet and sent home with anti-nausea medication. The next day, she had a €3500 operation at a different vet's office. So much suffering could have been avoided if the emergency vet had simply looked under her tongue. She was also unfriendly to me, completely uninterested and unempathetic.

A fantastic doctor, and thanks to the team too. I went to her today for my first dental cleaning (for my dog) and was so impressed by the care and attention she gives. She's understanding of the owner and, above all, the animal. She gives her time and is understanding; a truly heartfelt practice ❤️.

Today I took my two cats to Ms. Hetzheim for their first general check-up. I have nothing but positive things to say. The entire team is very competent and gentle with the animals. I left feeling much better. Thank you so much.
