Our cat has been under the care of Ms. Cottin since the beginning, and we are all (including the cat) very happy with her. She always takes plenty of time and follows up to check on the cat's well-being. We feel we are in good hands and can highly recommend her!

The worst emergency service I've ever experienced. They were completely unreachable, so we had to drive all the way to Leipzig in the middle of the night with our cat suffering from acute respiratory distress. In my understanding, this is a case for the emergency service, but here you're lucky if you can even get through to someone on the phone. We can confirm all the other negative reviews from our own experience.

We had to go to the emergency veterinarian's office on Saturday evening. We should have taken the slightly longer route to the animal hospital. Initially, we had a good impression, mainly due to the very friendly and empathetic veterinary assistant. This impression quickly changed and completely reversed when the veterinarian arrived. She seemed utterly disorganized and confused. She acted without much explanation. After a wait of almost five hours (with only two patients ahead of us), we were finally able to leave. Unbelievable... I shudder to think when the pet owners who arrived after us were able to go home with their furry friends. Yes, it's an emergency service, and yes, everything takes time, but when a veterinarian keeps going from one examination room to the next without a patient in each one, it seems incredibly disorganized. We did eventually get help, but it was incredibly stressful for both the animal and us. The following day we had to visit a different emergency room again...with significantly more patients, the waiting and treatment time was much shorter, and the doctor provided a thorough explanation. It can be done that way too!

Yesterday, I arrived at her already closed practice in a panic because my dog was bleeding heavily from the mouth. She recognized my panicked situation and saw me immediately, checking what was wrong with my little dog. It was a loose, chewed-up tooth, which she expertly and painlessly removed. I was so grateful that she took the time to see us after closing and help my Bine. And the price was perfectly reasonable for the time she gave up. A fantastic vet! Thank you again!
