I would like to thank the veterinarian for his help, professionalism, openness, and kindness. We have been to this clinic more than once. During this time, our dog suffered from severe poisoning (vomiting blood). The veterinarian helped; after a thorough examination, they gave her an injection, administered treatment, and prescribed medication. Two weeks ago, she had surgery, and everything is fine with her. The stitches have healed, leaving only a small scar. She recovered from the anesthesia without any problems or complications. Our dog, Betty, is a bit of a scaredy-cat. But she trusts this veterinarian and remains calm and non-aggressive. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic and this veterinarian. I recommend Dr. Ellen Cottin. Thank you again.

The worst emergency service I've ever experienced. They were completely unreachable, so we had to drive all the way to Leipzig in the middle of the night with our cat suffering from acute respiratory distress. In my understanding, this is a case for the emergency service, but here you're lucky if you can even get through to someone on the phone. We can confirm all the other negative reviews from our own experience.

Due to an emergency, I had to bring my cat, who had fallen from the 5th floor, here over the weekend. We felt very well cared for and taken seriously. Every nurse, doctor, and physician (we met several) were compassionate, friendly, and competent. Thank you ☺️

Our cat has been under the care of Ms. Cottin since the beginning, and we are all (including the cat) very happy with her. She always takes plenty of time and follows up to check on the cat's well-being. We feel we are in good hands and can highly recommend her!
