Reviews
I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. We took our cat Finn there for over four years; he had two congenital conditions. Right up until the end, we were under the care of Dr. Minks. She did an incredibly wonderful job and always provided us with excellent care. We are so grateful for that. She was always honest, and the costs for treatments and medications were always transparent and clearly communicated to us – it was fair and honest. In the end, we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, and even then, Dr. Minks handled everything perfectly. We were so glad she was there for us. ❤️🙏 A huge thank you also goes to the entire practice team for the excellent appointment scheduling and organization, as well as for their kind and supportive manner. Everyone was so lovely and helpful. We would come back to you anytime, and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything.
We were at the veterinary practice yesterday (a Sunday) for an emergency appointment and had to have our dog put to sleep. The entire team there was very compassionate and understanding. We were given all the time we needed to say goodbye. The vet was very calm and empathetic and explained everything so we always knew what was happening. Thank you again for the excellent care.
We've been taking our dog, Daisy, to this veterinary practice for four years now and are completely satisfied. Of course, Daisy has had one or two minor ailments over the years, but scheduling appointments over the phone always went smoothly, and the on-site treatments were always competent and compassionate. My only minor criticism is the sometimes somewhat long wait times. However, since the practice is very busy and spontaneous appointments are also squeezed in, this is understandable. While waiting isn't ideal for our anxious dog, there is the option to stay outside – the practice grounds offer plenty of space. We both worked in the emergency services for many years and are now involved in the disaster relief efforts of the city of Halle. This allows us to ask more specific questions, but this has never been a problem for the medical or technical staff – on the contrary: We always feel taken seriously and given good advice. What's particularly positive is that we never feel pressured into unnecessary examinations or tests – even if our dog is insured. Daisy is now almost eleven years old, and thanks to our independence (IT, alarm systems, video surveillance, etc.), we can spend a lot of time with her and enjoy our time together as a threesome. A practice we highly recommend! J. Werth and K. Faber
