I wouldn't give any stars today if I could. I called today because of an emergency regarding our dog. He had badly injured his paw and was in a lot of pain. I was so rudely dismissed by the "nice nurse" that I'm seriously considering whether I'll ever go there again. I then made an appointment with Felmo, who were able to schedule an appointment quickly, were very friendly on the phone, and make house calls. So, no stress for the dog at all. I will never set foot in this practice again. If you're treated so "nicely" there... The vets themselves are excellent, no question about that. But that woman on the phone was unacceptable. Not good advertising.

Unfortunately, no stars actually... We went to her in an emergency. My cat, who had already been diagnosed with kidney failure, was not going to be put down because he was too young for her. She made statements that we found downright rude. If we couldn't afford it, we could leave the animal with her at the clinic, and they would take care of finding owners who apparently could afford to keep the animal alive with MONEY!!! Because after that, she absolutely refused to put him down, saying they either leave him here for a new owner, take him back sick, or have him treated now and pay on the spot! Not recommended; the animal is not the top priority here, only the money!!!

I had an appointment at 3 p.m. However, the practice didn't open until 3 p.m. sharp, which resulted in a short wait. Despite this minor initial hiccup, I was very satisfied with the service. The treatment was professional and the staff were very friendly. The price is reasonable to good.

Fantastic team and wonderful veterinarians! Our dogs receive excellent care here. You immediately feel at ease, and the veterinarians communicate extensively with the owners. We highly recommend this practice!
