Fantastic team and wonderful veterinarians! Our dogs receive excellent care here. You immediately feel at ease, and the veterinarians communicate extensively with the owners. We highly recommend this practice!
We always feel well cared for there. We have been bringing our animal patients for treatment there for a long time.
I wouldn't give any stars today if I could. I called today because of an emergency regarding our dog. He had badly injured his paw and was in a lot of pain. I was so rudely dismissed by the "nice nurse" that I'm seriously considering whether I'll ever go there again. I then made an appointment with Felmo, who were able to schedule an appointment quickly, were very friendly on the phone, and make house calls. So, no stress for the dog at all. I will never set foot in this practice again. If you're treated so "nicely" there... The vets themselves are excellent, no question about that. But that woman on the phone was unacceptable. Not good advertising.
I am so grateful to Ms. Bönsch for everything she does for my animals. She is a compassionate and loving veterinarian who truly understands her field. She takes her time for her patients and their owners. She explains everything very well. I never want to go to another vet again. It's a shame you can only give 5 stars; she deserves so much more.
