She listened patiently and quickly diagnosed the issue. Most importantly, they scheduled an appointment for treatment very quickly, as my dog ​​had an urgent problem that needed immediate attention. The entire staff treated my dog ​​with exceptional gentleness and care. I saw how lovingly and patiently they interacted with my dog ​​– simply wonderful! My dog ​​wasn't scared at all. Best veterinarian in the Salzatal/Teutschenthal area. My dog ​​had severe back pain on a Saturday, and unfortunately, the next available appointment (bookable online) wasn't until Tuesday morning. On Monday morning, I tried calling, but unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone. About an hour later, I received a call back—where else do they call you back? 👍🏼 This really speaks to the high priority they place on service and the satisfaction of both the animal and its owner. During this call, it turned out that I could come in that same day to help my dog ​​as quickly as possible. The vets and staff are fantastic, and it's a modern and wonderful practice.
