We had to use the emergency vet service today. After a somewhat long drive, we arrived at the practice. We had called ahead and were given an appointment. We received a very friendly welcome. The vet was incredibly kind and explained everything very well. Thank you so much for your help.

After a visit to the emergency vet in Halle, I thankfully took my cat Mausi to Dr. Schwarz's practice the next day. Within minutes, they diagnosed her with something the emergency vet hadn't even remotely suspected. Surgery was performed as quickly as possible, and Mausi was helped. Both before and after the operation, all the staff were incredibly kind to Mausi and also very empathetic towards me. Even on my fifth call that day to check if everything was alright, no one seemed annoyed; they were always friendly and understanding. Now I'm hoping for a continued good recovery.
