Reviews
The practice itself is clean and well-maintained, and thanks to the discount store next door, there are plenty of free parking spaces. However, the practice is very small and cramped. When it's busy, you sometimes have to wait outside, regardless of the temperature. But it's covered. The staff is friendly, but the doctors sometimes seem to have different opinions among themselves. In my opinion, this shouldn't be the case, and it certainly shouldn't be noticeable.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely satisfied with the art small animal practice in Braunsbedra! The consultations are very competent, I am always given detailed information, and my furry friends are in the best hands here. Treatment is carried out with great empathy and expertise. I especially appreciate how quickly and easily appointments are scheduled. The entire team is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer every question. A clear recommendation for all pet owners!
It's a gamble which vet is available. I was there on Tuesday with my two dogs for microchipping. Everything went great. Then I immediately made an appointment for Wednesday for my almost 9-year-old Filou. It was a complete disaster, a different vet. No proper examination, and I was pressured into giving all my dogs deworming medication. When I told this vet they didn't have worms, it turned out they didn't. They didn't get diarrhea to expel the worms, because they didn't have any.
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my deep disappointment in the treatment my pet and I experienced at your practice. On May 16, 2024, I visited your practice due to an acute emergency involving my dog. Despite the obvious urgency and the poor condition of my pet, I was turned away by your staff and not treated. This happened without a thorough assessment of my pet's condition or any alternative assistance. This experience has deeply shocked and disappointed me. As a pet owner, I rely on the prompt and competent care of veterinarians, especially in emergencies. Refusing treatment for my pet represents a serious breach of professional duty of care and could have had serious consequences for my pet's health. It is very important to me that such situations are avoided in the future and that other pet owners do not have to suffer the same negative experiences. I sincerely hope that you will change this and demonstrate that the well-being of animals and the satisfaction of your customers are important to you. Sincerely, Emma Müller
