The practice itself is clean and well-maintained, and thanks to the discount supermarket next door, there are plenty of free parking spaces. However, the practice is very small and cramped. When it's full, you sometimes have to wait outside, regardless of the temperature. At least it's covered. The staff is friendly, but the doctors sometimes seem to disagree with each other. In my opinion, this shouldn't be the case, and certainly not something you should be aware of.

It's a gamble which vet is available. I was there on Tuesday with my two dogs for microchipping. Everything went great. Then I immediately made an appointment for Wednesday for my almost 9-year-old Filou. It was a complete disaster, a different vet. No proper examination, and I was pressured into giving all my dogs deworming medication. When I told this vet they didn't have worms, it turned out they didn't. They didn't get diarrhea to expel the worms, because they didn't have any.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely delighted with the art small animal practice in Braunsbedra! The consultations are highly competent, I always receive thorough explanations, and my furry friends are in the best hands here. Treatments are carried out with great empathy and expertise. I especially appreciate that appointments are scheduled quickly and easily. The entire team is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer every question. A clear recommendation for all pet owners!

I've probably wasted more money on this vet than I've spent on diesel... After numerous examinations of my pet, I received a total of four diagnoses, all of which were incorrect. I gave my pet a lot of medication, but nothing helped. I only gave them something for the itching; I received nothing and was solely blamed. At least six times, they suggested surgery, which would incur additional costs, even though the same vet and even an ophthalmologist told me it could be treated with care. When I said I wanted a second opinion and would go to a specialist, I was rudely told that I could just stay there. They also refused to answer any questions I had about the procedure. Furthermore, they told me that if you're a regular customer, you pay less... This vet is only interested in making money!!!
