Dear Mr. Zinke, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to your outstanding help, our chick was able to recover after a serious accident. Your careful treatment and the immobilization of its leg gave the chick a second chance. Very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained the surgery with pictures and went to great lengths to ensure we understood everything. He even called in the afternoon to check on our dog. Everything was great. Our little one is in the best hands here.

I'm very disappointed. We've been taking our cat to the vet for a check-up once a year for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Today, our cat (15 years old) was a complete emergency case, and even though I told them on the phone that she was probably dying, they wouldn't treat us because they didn't have any capacity. We had to find another vet at short notice. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment at the first veterinary clinic we called. It was a close call, and if our cat hadn't been x-rayed and put on an IV drip immediately, she would have died. How can anyone be so unempathetic?

I've now taken our various fancy mice to Dr. Zinke three times, and I'm very pleasantly surprised. The amount of time he dedicates to his patients (and people, too) is remarkable. He's incredibly patient, empathetic, and provides thorough explanations. I'm very impressed with him and will continue to go to him whenever our mice need treatment. As for the price, it's excellent value for money. His staff is also fantastic—very kind, friendly, and helpful.
