Tierarztpraxis Dr. Zinke und Dr. Schnebel

I'm so disappointed, especially since this is almost a 5 star rating. The medication which they gave to someone I knows pet was beyond me. The medicine they gave to the poor bird wasn't making it healthier, but infact it makes many birds get weak and even die from those meds. So, clearly they didnt help him get healthier, they made him weaker. This is very unprofessional and heartbreaking. So I'm giving this a 1 star rating. And many more people should see this too. I'm disgusted honestly.

I took my canary there because of a broken leg. The way the vet handles the animal is simply fantastic. He explains everything, how he proceeds, what he does, and what you should pay attention to. He answers all questions so you understand everything. He himself is super friendly, so I've definitely found the best vet. And I drive 1.5 hours for it! And hopefully my canary will be feeling better soon. 🥹💗

We had an emergency with one of our cockatiels. We were able to go to the clinic immediately. Other vets turned us away or only offered assistance in euthanizing the cockatiel. The examination here was very professional. The recommendation was to leave him there since he wasn't eating. He received intensive care for three days, and then we were allowed to take him home. We received a call every day to check on his condition. Further treatment is now taking place at home. The entire team, including Dr. Schnebel and Dr. Zinke, were very empathetic and understanding of our concerns. We will definitely make the nearly 100km trip again if anything else comes up. A huge thank you!

Very friendly and helpful. The doctor explained the surgery with pictures and went to great lengths to ensure we understood everything. He even called in the afternoon to check on our dog. Everything was great. Our little one is in the best hands here.
