I met Mrs Loose by chance. I was in a stressful situation because my previous vet—I won't mention her name—had sent my 350g dog into anaphylaxis, even though I presented him with a certificate from another vet that mentioned an allergy to certain vaccines. She ignored it because the certificate was issued in Italy. She then asked me for €400 to leave the dog under observation overnight. Naturally, I didn't pay, because I pointed out that it was her mistake. To be short, I had to give my dog his second vaccination, which was 4 months old at the time (in lockdown), and searching online, I can say I was worried about both the costs and the safety of the animal. I found Dr Loose, over the phone, i told her what had happened with the previous vet. She immediately scheduled an appointment for me, and I only felt reassured when I entered her veterinary practice. You can really see that it's not just about getting money, but about professionalism and love for animals. To this day, she has remained our vet. vet. Thanks to all the staff
