Dr. Andrews and her receptionists are simply fantastic! We've been coming to Dr. Andrews with our pets (dogs and cats) for years, and we're the second generation to do so. She's extremely competent, highly professional, and empathetic. Animal welfare is always her top priority, and in emergencies, an appointment is arranged promptly. I would recommend the practice anytime!

Unfortunately, we had to take our elderly retriever to the emergency vet. Anyone who has a pet knows how unsettling it is when you can't go to your regular vet. Dr. Andrews was immediately available by phone, and we had an appointment just one hour later. The atmosphere there was very calm, relaxed, and friendly. Our "old lady" was thoroughly examined, diagnosed, and given the appropriate medication, which we then took home. A few days later, she was feeling much better and is back to her old self. Thank you so much!

A very empathetic and highly competent veterinarian, as well as her receptionist. The dog is called into the room by name as a patient, which I find very thoughtful. They take their time, ensuring the animal isn't stressed. My dog ​​feels very well cared for. And the appointments are so well-organized that the practice is never crowded or stressful. I'm so satisfied and happy that I switched to her veterinary practice. They are simply two wonderful people who work together seamlessly. I've recommended them many times and would do so again without hesitation.

It was our first visit with Dr. Andrews, and I am truly grateful for the compassionate care she provided. From the very beginning, we felt in good hands. She took the time to explain everything calmly and understandably, even to us as newcomers. It was especially nice how lovingly she included our children. The assistant was also very friendly. Even though our little pet unfortunately didn't make it, we felt very well cared for during this difficult situation.
