Our dog was spayed at the Stührenberg veterinary practice, and we travel 140km each way for that. For minor procedures, the drive would unfortunately be too far, but if we lived closer, I would always come. As it is, we decide to go to the Stührenberg team for any planned surgery we might ever need. I think that says it all. ❤️

Even during the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, we received friendly and helpful service. At the practice, Dr. Stürenberg, his colleagues, and the entire team dedicate ample time to the animals. They conduct thorough examinations and clearly explain the exact nature of the problem and the available treatment options. We particularly appreciate being able to accompany our pet during the examination, which helps reduce stress for the animal. We also have a second cat treated there and feel well cared for, both professionally and personally. Overall, it's a practice we are happy to recommend.

I am absolutely furious. We have been patients of your practice for nine years with our German Shepherd. What happened today is the last straw. Our dog has had diarrhea on and off for two days. Sometimes it's solid, sometimes loose. Today, however, the diarrhea looked like a stream of water. When we went to the practice this afternoon, we were told: "It's not life-threatening." We should give the dog rice. When I asked for a veterinarian to examine the dog, I was told there were no appointments available. No one even bothered to check when an appointment would be free. This is no way to treat long-term customers. Dear Practice Team, you will never see us again.
