I am very satisfied with the practice and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Both the veterinarians and all the other staff members are very friendly, and you feel completely well cared for. With our dog, the practice was able to diagnose and treat him during the first appointment. Our previous vet hadn't been able to do this despite two appointments. They take ample time even for more anxious animals. In an acute emergency, we were able to get an appointment immediately. The value for money is excellent!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I have had several very disappointing experiences there. In my opinion, the practice often seems disorganized and unreliable, which didn't give me a good feeling. I personally would not take my animals there again. The tone of voice was also very inconsistent: some days friendly, others very rude. What I found particularly disturbing was that phone calls were sometimes abruptly ended, which gives the impression of a lack of customer focus. Overall, I don't feel well-advised or well-cared-for there, and based on my experiences, I would not recommend the practice.

What a fantastic practice! We went there spontaneously today because our dog (6 months old) fell down the stairs and we suspected she might have broken a paw. The team could see our distress and uncertainty and treated our little darling immediately! Of course, we were lucky that a vet happened to be available; we should have called ahead, but they immediately forgave us. We've always been very satisfied with their services, including with our two rabbits. Today's service was absolutely superb; from the vet to all the assistants, they were simply wonderful! Thank you to the whole team! The animal health team at Punktgenau tries to schedule appointments so that there are no long waiting times. For orthopedic problems, the head veterinarian takes ample time to conduct a thorough diagnosis, including gait analysis. We were able to take advantage of this with Ole because we discovered he had mild hip dysplasia, which many other veterinarians hadn't taken seriously because he was still a puppy. Ole received a gold bead implant at Punktgenau as long-term pain therapy because he was in pain and his gait had changed. After four days, we noticed the first improvements because Ole was lying down symmetrically and no longer just on his side. But the team also reacts quickly and conscientiously in acute emergencies. Last week, Ole was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis because his elevated liver values ​​following an ear infection were checked again. The team called us before our appointment and scheduled us for the same day so Ole could receive IV fluids. They squeezed us in for this. And they also carried out all the necessary tests to find a possible cause behind the pancreatitis (blood tests in their own lab, sent to an external lab, and ultrasound), and when these possibilities were exhausted, they referred us to the clinic. The team always tries to project a calm demeanor, which is especially great for Ole, because the vet always makes him nervous. Ms. Buhrmeister, in particular, always helps Ole relax.
