Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. I have had several very disappointing experiences there. In my opinion, the practice often seems disorganized and unreliable, which didn't give me a good feeling. I personally would not take my animals there again. The tone of voice was also very inconsistent: some days friendly, others very rude. What I found particularly disturbing was that phone calls were sometimes abruptly ended, which gives the impression of a lack of customer focus. Overall, I don't feel well-advised or well-cared-for there, and based on my experiences, I would not recommend the practice.

Simply a fantastic practice! We went there spontaneously today because our dog (6 months old) fell down the stairs and we suspected she had broken a paw. The team saw our despair and anxiety and treated our little girl immediately! Of course, we were lucky that a vet was available; we should have called ahead, but that was immediately forgiven. We've always been very satisfied, including with our two rabbits. Today's service was absolutely fantastic; from the vet to all the assistants there, they're simply fantastic! You can tell they enjoy their jobs ♡♡♡! THANK YOU!

We sadly had to let our beloved Blublu cross the rainbow bridge three days ago. We are incredibly sad but very grateful to Dr. Willms and her team for their consistently friendly, competent, and animal-loving advice and treatment. Despite his many "problems," our Blublu had 14 happy years with us, and we with him.

We are completely satisfied and feel we are in excellent hands. Our dog always enjoys coming to the practice. We could certainly have saved ourselves the ordeal beforehand if we had found Birgit Willms sooner. Thank you so much for the wonderful and professional work!

Thanks to the entire team! The Punktgenau animal health team tries to schedule appointments so there are no long waits. When it comes to orthopedic problems, the manager takes plenty of time to conduct a thorough diagnosis, including a gait analysis. We were able to take advantage of this with Ole because we diagnosed him with mild HD, which many other veterinarians hadn't taken seriously because he was still a young dog. At Punktgenau, Ole received a gold implant as long-term pain therapy because he was in pain and his gait had also changed. After four days, we noticed the first improvements because Ole was lying symmetrically and no longer only on his side. The team also responds quickly and conscientiously in acute emergencies. Last week, Ole was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis because his elevated liver values ​​were checked again after an ear infection. The team called us before our appointment and scheduled us for the same day so Ole could receive IV fluids. They squeezed us in for this. They also diligently performed all the tests to determine a possible cause of the pancreatitis (blood tests in our own lab and sent to an external lab, ultrasound), and when these options were exhausted, they referred us to the clinic. The team also always tries to exude calm, which is especially great for Ole, because he's always nervous at the vet. Mrs. Buhrmeister, in particular, always helps Ole relax.
