Sadly, I had to have our big giant put to sleep yesterday. Dr. Bangerter and his assistant accompanied us through this process with such compassion. This was my second time taking our dog there, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice. My mother had previously taken our dog, who had a trapped tail, to this practice and was equally convinced that their expertise is combined with genuine compassion. I'm simply disappointed and angry. This veterinary practice treated my dog—or rather, experimented on him. They never made a proper diagnosis, there was no clear plan, just guesswork and trial and error. I trusted them because I thought they knew what they were doing. Instead, my dog ​​grew weaker and weaker, and no one took any real responsibility. Because of this misguided and haphazard treatment, I lost my dog. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. As far as I'm concerned, this practice doesn't deserve a single star.
