I was always very impressed; he's a very nice, helpful man, and I even went to him with my previous dogs for various problems. Now I have a new female dog, and I actually called to make an appointment for her vaccinations and asked about the price (just approximately) so I could prepare myself. Apparently, that was a big mistake. The woman on the phone said they weren't in competition and didn't need to be, and repeated this several times, showing no interest whatsoever. She added that they had plenty of customers. I'm really disappointed to be treated like this just for wanting to know what to expect.
A friendly older gentleman took the time for me on Easter Monday. Thank you so much for that. The vet has been practicing in the village for over 30 years. I was there with my older female guinea pig.
