A truly outstanding practice! Our cat had to undergo major abdominal surgery, and we felt completely at ease from beginning to end. The consultation was competent, empathetic, and transparent. We were particularly impressed that they don't just practice traditional veterinary medicine, but take a holistic approach to the animals' well-being. The entire team around Dr. Bentele is exceptionally friendly, dedicated, and helpful. We are very grateful to be able to take our four-legged friends to them for treatment – ​​highly recommended! We come here with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Franzl, and our rabbit, Betty, and we're very happy. It's never stressful, and the advice is excellent. They handle the animals as gently as possible. Our Franzl was neutered, and we're very pleased. The price is great. Our rabbit, Benno, had chronic snuffles, and several vets kept prescribing antibiotics and other pills... but nothing helped! Here, we got a nasal spray that we used twice a day. And after a week, it was all over. The spray was also homeopathic and could be used long-term without any concerns. Our animals are family members, and that's why I can highly recommend this entire practice. Thank you!

I'm so grateful to have found this wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Bendele always takes his time, explains everything very clearly, and you can tell from his manner that he truly cares about the animals. He was even able to relieve our older cat's toothache. I think our cat is now quite happy with the broken teeth he left there. 😉 Dr. Bendele and his friendly team did an excellent job with the FORL surgery. Aftercare is a given at the practice, and you can get an appointment quickly and easily, no matter what kind of animal you have. The staff is also very friendly and helpful on the phone. We used to take our old dog to this practice and were initially very satisfied. That's why we went back with our new dog. Unfortunately, I now have the impression that it's getting more and more expensive and that the focus is increasingly on making money. During our last visit, we were only in the examination room for about 10 minutes – the dog was briefly examined, and painkillers were prescribed, even though I had already mentioned that she had bloody urine and likely a bladder infection. It wasn't until three days later that I finally received the antibiotic she needed from the beginning. I also found the recommendation for a third rabies vaccination somewhat questionable, as other veterinarians said it wasn't necessary at all. Additionally, I was strongly encouraged to take mussel supplements, even though these ingredients are already present in her food. Of course, supplementing is fine, but here I had the feeling it was more about making a sale. On the positive side, I would like to commend the practice team – the staff members are all very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, I will probably go to a different veterinarian in the future, as the price-performance ratio and the advice here simply no longer seem right to me.
