We had previously visited this practice with our old dog and were initially very satisfied. That's why we went back with our new dog. Unfortunately, I now have the impression that it's getting more and more expensive there, and the focus is increasingly on making money. During our last visit, we were in the treatment room for no more than 10 minutes – the dog was briefly examined, and painkillers were prescribed, even though I had already mentioned that she had bloody urine and probably a bladder infection. It wasn't until three days later that I finally received the antibiotic she needed from the start. I also found the recommendation for a third rabies vaccination somewhat questionable, which other veterinarians said wasn't necessary at all. I was also recommended mussel supplements, even though such ingredients are already contained in the food. Of course, you can supplement something sometimes, but here I had the feeling it was more about selling. I would like to highlight the practice team – the employees are all very friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, I will probably go to a different vet in the future, as the price-performance ratio and the advice here simply no longer seem right to me.

The practice is great. I asked for an appointment today and was there two hours later. The doctor is very kind and treats the dog with care. She also explains everything in great detail and gives tips on how to continue to care for your dog. Friends are also welcome to attend the treatment.

Excellent doctors and friendly, competent staff. Hardly any waiting time... Even the dog likes going there.

We come here with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Franzl, and our rabbit, Betty, and we're very happy. It's never stressful, and the advice is excellent. They handle the animals as gently as possible. Our Franzl was neutered, and we're very pleased. The price is great. Our rabbit, Benno, had chronic snuffles, and several vets kept prescribing antibiotics and other pills... but nothing helped! Here, we got a nasal spray that we used twice a day. And after a week, it was all over. The spray was also homeopathic and could be used long-term without any concerns. Our animals are family members, and that's why I can highly recommend this entire practice. Thank you!

I'm very grateful to have found this wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Bendele always takes his time, explains everything clearly, and you can tell from the way he treats his animals that he cares deeply about them. He was even able to relieve our older cat's toothache. I think our cat is also very happy now that his broken teeth were removed. 😉 Dr. Bendele and his friendly team handled the FORL surgery very well. Aftercare is a matter of course for the practice, and you can get an appointment quickly and easily, no matter what animal you have. The reception on the phone is also very friendly and the advice is friendly. If something is unclear, the veterinarian is immediately consulted.
