Today was our first visit to this veterinary practice with our two cats. The receptionist, Ms. Bissinger, is a real asset to the practice. Very friendly, very helpful, simply excellent. During the examination, we were seen by Dr. Fischer and Ms. Ivenz. We received excellent advice, our cats were treated with great care and affection – no rush, and you can tell that animals are truly valued here. We will continue to use this practice and can recommend it without hesitation. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, with almost no waiting time.

I don't understand how they can advertise such limited opening hours when there are no veterinarians on site. It's incredibly frustrating and just makes you angry. And then they say you need an appointment, even though the opening hours clearly state Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm, OR by appointment. It's outrageous, really. I just don't get all the good reviews!
