Very pleasant Staff lovely place

I've taken four of my cats to him, and he's a fantastic vet who is very empathetic and doesn't immediately resort to harsh chemicals like some others, but instead tries gentler methods first. He also spayed my Samica and performed a thorough FIV profile. Samica is FIV-negative, even though the rapid test at the time of her euthanasia showed she was positive. I'm incredibly grateful that Samica is healthy and doing so well after her spaying, as are my other beloved cats! Thank you, Dr. Hilbich, for everything. Very friendly, quick appointments! They were very kind and gentle with our cat. They also examined a hedgehog we found and were nursing back to health, free of charge, and applied flea treatment. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this practice! From the moment you enter, you can tell that their heart and soul are at work here. They are incredibly friendly, empathetic, and take their time, both with animals and humans. My Hector was treated with so much calm and patience. Everything was explained clearly; no rushed "rushing" but genuine care. You can just tell that their focus isn't just on their job, but on a genuine love of animals. A huge thank you! We took our cat, who had several wounds from a fight, to Dr. Hilbich regularly for two weeks. When it was urgent, we were able to get an appointment the same day. Both Dr. Hilbich and his wife were incredibly friendly and highly competent! We felt very well cared for during that time. He was always very gentle with our cat and always gave me plenty of plasters, medication, and other supplies to take home in case anything happened. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone!
