Highly recommended. Both vets are very dedicated to the animals. Appointments and scheduling work well and are kept. Home visits are available.

Sasarman is certainly fine in terms of her expertise, but her empathy is rather subpar. I've never seen cigarettes and coffee cups at the table (!) in any practice. She seems to feel above everything. Apart from the fact that the entrance area reeks of stale smoke, as if you were standing in front of a pub. Why do others manage to avoid this?

We've been to this practice several times now and have always felt well cared for. Our dog received expert and competent treatment 👍, and both veterinarians have a real passion for animals! This is the first veterinary practice our dog actually enjoys going to, which isn't always the case and says a lot! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! We simply can't understand the negative reviews!

We came to Rosa by chance because we were looking for a veterinarian who could laser our Rudi. Since then, we've been there every two weeks, and we wouldn't want to be without her! Rosa immediately knew how to handle our Rudi. She understands that we shouldn't look him directly in the eyes and always treats him with incredible empathy and calm. She's not only professionally competent, but also simply amazing as a person :) Friendly, warm, and always strives to do the best for both animal and human. Just recently, she even squeezed us in before her regular office hours because Rudi was in severe pain. The veterinary clinic had unfortunately misdiagnosed him the day before and prescribed the wrong medication, and Rosa immediately recognized what was wrong and helped him. She's also available to us by phone at any time ❤️ We are so incredibly grateful that we found her, and especially our Rudi! 🐾🐶❤️
