Dr. Henrich is a very competent, calm, and empathetic veterinarian for both animals and people. He explains everything very clearly, describes several options, and tries to find the best solution. I can't understand the criticism about long waiting times, because everyone wants to receive the best possible care, and that takes time. Whether I've been to him with a dog, cat, or guinea pigs, every animal receives his full attention. He also has extensive knowledge about guinea pigs, as he has owned them himself and doesn't just have academic knowledge about these little creatures. We highly recommend him! Guinea pig lovers appreciate that!

Since adopting my now 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Beli, six years ago, I've been to Dr. Henrich several times, twice in the middle of the night for emergencies, and again last night. My experiences have always been positive. Dr. Henrich is a very competent veterinarian. His calm, assertive manner soothes the anxiety of both people and animals. I highly recommend him.
