It must be the veterinary practice itself. After moving, I wanted to spare my cats the stress of the journey. Unfortunately, despite their good reputation, the surrounding vets aren't compatible with my Balou. His traumas aren't addressed, as I was used to with Ms. Schmalenbach and her team. I have to say, DuoVet with Leonie as Balou's whisperer is just as perfect. The entire practice team isn't afraid of my 15-year-old "fighting tiger," which, by the way, he isn't. For me, the best veterinarian far and wide – highly recommended! As a breeder with many animals, I've already had a lot of experience, and no matter which animal I've taken there, each one has received excellent care. I especially appreciate that you don't feel like you're being processed "on an assembly line," but rather that you receive warm and individual attention. You truly feel well cared for there, and you're not charged anything unnecessary – unlike in many other practices. So, if you're looking for a veterinarian with both heart and expertise, this is the place to go!

Despite my somewhat challenging dog, the visits are always totally relaxed and pleasant! They take plenty of time, explain everything calmly, and no question goes unanswered. The whole team is incredibly kind and accommodating! I'm so glad we found our way to you 😇♥️
