Tierarztpraxis Dr. Marina Frenk, Fachtierärztin für Tierchirurgie (PL)

I've been taking my various dogs and cats to Dr. Frenk for many years and couldn't wish for a better veterinarian. The animals' well-being is always her top priority, and she's often been there for my furry friends even outside of office hours. When I read here that she supposedly doesn't forward test results, etc., I can only chuckle. I don't know any other vet who is so reliable about answering the phone outside of office hours and then taking the time to answer even the "dumbest" question. Thanks to her, my cat was able to cross the Rainbow Bridge at home! Her prices are always fair, and I can only say that anyone who doesn't go to her is missing out! I hope she stays with us for many years to come!

We had an emergency with our rabbit, and no other vet was open or had the capacity that late. Despite the somewhat long journey, we were immediately invited in. She even worked extra hours for us. She treated us well, and although it was naturally expensive, our nightmares about exorbitant vet bills didn't come true. The price was very fair for the medication, the hour-long consultation, and the extra time she worked. Everything was clean, modern, and trustworthy. Definitely recommended!

Everything's always been fine so far. This time I was really shocked. During the initial consultation, a price for the treatment was quoted that was perfectly fine with me. On the day of the treatment, she demanded double that amount and, quite rudely, said I hadn't listened properly during the consultation. I found that very presumptuous. I wasn't prepared to pay that absurdly high amount. TIP...it's best to get everything in writing beforehand. It really annoyed me.
