She was difficult to reach by phone, but that's because she's really busy. Otherwise, the vet is simply fantastic. Very competent, she takes her time and really tries to help the animals. She's the best vet I've ever been to, and my cat was also very happy. We won't be going to anyone else from now on! ππ»
My neighbor recommended Ring's veterinary practice to me, and I'm so glad to have such a great practice nearby. My little puppy needed help quickly, and that's exactly what I got. Fast, uncomplicated, and very loving treatment of the animals. Thank you to the team!
There was no sign of competence or compassion for animals. While my cat was waiting in his carrier on the bench in the waiting room, two large dogs suddenly rushed over to the carrier and sniffed at him, much to my surprise. My cat, of course, couldn't escape. The dogs were also present when I went to take him for his examination. In the examination room, they wanted to examine my cat while the dogs ran around the examination table. It's perfectly clear that my cat was terrified. My request to remove the dogs from the room during the examination was refused. When we got home, my cat was completely lethargic and hid all day. It's unbelievable that something like this could happen in a veterinary practice.
I went to the vet today with my cat to get her dewormed and vaccinated. I asked if I could pay at the end of the month since I'd lost my bag two days earlier. She immediately said no, that wasn't possible, and politely asked me to leave. A vet who behaves like that? I'm very, very disappointed. What if the cat had been in pain? It's outrageous!
Excellent care and very thorough examinations. I highly recommend this practice.
