Mr. Mittweg is an outstanding veterinarian who dedicates ample time to his patients and practices his profession with great competence, passion, and a big heart. He brought our Kangal, Sami, who was suffering from laismaniosis and had exhausted all other treatment options, back to life with a courageous therapy. Although the disease is unfortunately incurable, Sami has now been enjoying his regained life for almost two years. We wholeheartedly recommend Dirk Mittweg because he will continue to fight as long as he sees a chance.

Our dog (a Labrador) developed a worrying health problem overnight. We were on vacation at the time, and our dog was staying with my in-laws. Since our usual veterinary clinic was closed that morning, they were able to see Dr. Mittweg at short notice. He immediately took the situation seriously and spent plenty of time on a thorough examination. We found it particularly remarkable that he also took the dog for a walk outside the clinic to further assess the situation and called again that evening to check on his condition. It was very reassuring for us to know, even from afar, that our dog was in such good hands. Our little culinary adventurer is now doing well again – we sincerely thank Dr. Mittweg for the prompt, competent, and loving care!

Mr. Mittweg saved our little pug, whom our previous vet had given up on. He takes his time and is very gentle with our dog, and thus found the right treatment. We are happy to drive the almost 60 km every eight weeks for that.
