Very nice practice team. We had a consultation with Dr. Floss today. He was very empathetic and took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail. Our young dog was clearly very comfortable. Dr. Floss exudes a calmness that is contagious. Great, and thank you!

We've been taking our two cats and our dog to this practice for almost a year now. So far, we've always been very satisfied. Dr. Blasberg and Dr. Floss are both empathetic and very loving towards the animals. Even in an emergency, they helped me over the phone outside of regular office hours, although in the end I had to take the cat to the animal hospital because the practice wasn't equipped for that specific emergency. Communication is always open and transparent, and they don't try to overcharge. The receptionists are also easy to reach by phone, email, and in person, and always very friendly!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice! My cat needed urgent surgery, and I was very worried, but I felt completely at ease from the start. Both Dr. Blasberg and Dr. Floss took their time, explained everything clearly, and acted with great competence. The entire team was incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful. You can immediately tell that they work with both heart and expertise. The surgery was performed quickly and professionally – and most importantly, thanks to the wonderful care, my cat is doing much better. Thank you so much for everything!

I just received excellent advice over the phone from a lady – I think her name was Ms. Thomé. While everyone else was driving me crazy, she gave me great advice and calmed me down.
