Super
Disaster. I took my dog, who was trembling and whining in pain, to the emergency vet. The vet's exact words were: "Well, you can't possibly feel any pain there." ??? My dog, unfortunately, saw things differently. They took her temperature, and that was that. Thankfully, they did give her some pain medication. It turns out she'd sat in a tick nest, and my vet removed seven ticks from very sensitive areas. Just like that... dog healed. If they'd bothered to check, they probably could have figured it out a day earlier, even at the emergency clinic. But then they would have actually had to work for their 230 euros...
"I was there about an hour ago as an emergency patient and I am very satisfied with the treatment/advice my dog (six months old) received. The doctor and the assistant were very friendly. Thank you for your help."
We took our sick dog to Mr. Burike. Unfortunately, our animal refused treatment and wouldn't allow him to put a muzzle on it. Mr. Burike seemed visibly overwhelmed and frustrated in this difficult situation, which unfortunately only made matters worse. Instead of seeking alternative solutions, he tried to force the muzzle on, which our dog naturally didn't tolerate. As a result, the treatment was terminated. In the end, we had to pay approximately €150 for a service that was never actually provided. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend entrusting your pet to Mr. Burike. In our opinion, his handling of a frightened animal lacked empathy. The animal caretaker was very nice 👍
Competent and experienced veterinarians. Friendly receptionists. Parking spaces right outside without having to search for them. Short waiting times.
