I simply have to say thank you. She's the first veterinarian I've ever truly trusted. The animal's well-being is her top priority, with realistic treatments, a very thorough process of elimination, and expert diagnoses. Dr. Ritter has earned my trust, which I'm very grateful for. The staff are polite, friendly on the phone, and helpful – that's how we experienced them as a family. Whether it was Christmas Eve or any other appointment, nothing was too much trouble. The pricing surprised me more than anything; it was in no way excessive. For me, the experience of receiving excellent, no, very excellent, treatment for our dog was truly remarkable. Many thanks also from my family.

Our cat Amy (16 years old) suffered from a very painful ear infection that only subsided slowly. Well-equipped with medication, helpful tips, and plenty of encouragement after each examination, we and Amy were able to manage the healing process. We have been taking our cat to this practice since 2010, and everyone there treats the animals with such loving care. They simply adore our furry charges! Thank you so much! After a long search, we've finally found a new veterinarian. Competent and friendly (the entire staff). The price is also reasonable. The atmosphere in the practice is calm and pleasant, and everyone greets the dog warmly. Works wonders for stressed dogs; even nail trimming was no problem. 100% recommended!
